Ganesh is a widely experienced professional with a versatile experience with Large corporates and small and medium enterprises and start-ups.

He has completed Postgraduate Program (Business Management) from SIES, MBA in HR from ITM University, Leadership Development Program from ISEAD University, Paris. Currently, he is pursuing an online Global Power MBA program which also gives him certification from Harvard University.

In a distinguished career spanning more than two and half decades, he has gained rich experience in managing the entire gamut of business functions through the several positions of responsibility that he held at senior management and leadership level.

During his career, he got an opportunity to work with large multinational companies such as Lafarge, Siemens, Crompton Greaves, and Essel Propack.

He has gained a global exposure through various programs and projects that he has completed in various countries for example France, the UK, the US, Germany, Malaysia, Egypt, Singapore, Hongkong, Dubai, Netherlands, Finland, Vietnam, etc

Before venturing into the Consultancy business in 2014, his last assignment in the corporate world was with Lafarge India for 7 years, wherein for 3 years he successfully managed the role of Sr. Vice President for a Business with a P&L responsibility of 600 crores.

Since 2014, Ganesh is providing consultancy services and is credited with supporting more than 75 small and medium enterprises and start-ups wherein he was involved in organizational transformation activities for these companies.

Ganesh is involved with various companies as their strategic advisor at senior management and board level.

In February 2022, Ganesh was selected as one of the Top 10 best HR leaders in India by Tradeflock Magazine

Ganesh has been writing articles and his articles are published in various newspapers like The Times of India, Economic Times, Financial Express, Pioneer, Business Week, etc.
