He has worked across reputed organizations including Tech Mahindra, GMM Pfaudler, and Godrej Agrovet, with exposure to manufacturing and technology-driven environments. During these years he has helped companies hire more than 300+ people across various industries, functions ranging from corporate to R&D and from production to finance, and levels.
