Dr. Sachin Lele With over 20 years of experience in corporate, academics, and corporate relations, Dr. Sachin brings valuable expertise in market mapping, compensation benchmarking for C-Suite executives, and talent screening for key positions.

Dr. Lele currently serves as Dean, Chitkara Business School, Punjab. He holds a Ph.D. in Marketing from Dr. D.Y.Patil Vidyapeeth, Pune, along with a post-graduate program in Management from K.J. Somaiya Institute of Management, Mumbai.

Dr. Lele has proven expertise in designing and executing strategies related to curriculum design, teaching-learning effectiveness, academic excellence and bridging the gap between industry and academia. In his previous assignment, he served as Campus Director at MITCON Institute of Management, Pune.

With a keen interest in online customer centricity and behavioural patterns, Dr. Sachin has authored several research papers and books along with industry-focused case studies. His teaching interests lie in corporate strategy and consumer behaviour.

Leveraging a strong connection with the corporate world, Dr. Lele has conducted various executive development programs for start-ups, SMEs and co-operative banks such as Indovance Inc, Cosmos Bank and the Indian Post. He has also conducted need assessment surveys for leading MNCs such as Umicore India Pvt. Ltd, help design and execute various CSR initiatives.
